About the show
The Inference Podcast is a long-form, in-person founder show about where AI is heading. It is founder-led, not PR or media.
The host
Mian Khubaib Jim builds AI systems for the industries software forgot. He is the founder of Codedevza AI and the products behind it, used in London buildings by the people who run, clean and bid for them. He started The Inference Podcast to make a public record of founders doing the actual work in their own industries. He also records The Inference Universe, the solo episodes, alone to camera in the same studio.
How an episode is made

Research. We read everything the guest has said and built before we ask them anything.

The intro call. Fifteen minutes to walk through the format and check the fit, both ways.
- 03
The recording. In person in Birmingham, one take, no script, about an hour.
- 04
The edit. The full conversation, chapters, the insights and a handful of clips.
- 05
The release. The full episode on YouTube with the audio alongside it, the page here, and clips over the following week.
The Inference Podcast is invite only. If you have built something real and hold an opinion you can defend, you can still apply, and we read every application ourselves.
