About the show

What The Inference Podcast is.

The Inference Podcast is a long-form founder-journey show. It is focused on founders building AI systems, vertical software, and deep-tech products inside established industries. Not the hype. The actual work.

Each episode is a single, uninterrupted conversation filmed in person at a Birmingham studio. No panels. No Zoom calls. No remote recordings. The format is deliberately old-fashioned: two people, one camera setup, two hours of honest talk.

Guests are selected for their story, not their follower count. The show is interested in the non-obvious origin, the moment everything broke, the decision that looked wrong at the time. Technical founders, operators-turned-builders, and people who took a contrarian bet and saw it through.

The show is hosted by Mian Khubaib Jim, founder of Codedevza AI, which builds AI and digital transformation systems for commercial real estate. The Inference Podcast is his way of putting the real building process on record.

Sector focus

AI infrastructure, SaaS, fintech, legaltech, proptech, defence tech, climate AI, and adjacent deep-tech. If your company solves a specific problem in a specific industry, and you have a story worth telling, this show is for you.
