- Your product is vertical. It solves a specific problem inside a specific industry, not a horizontal tool for everyone.
- You have a non-obvious story: a pivot, a wrong bet that worked, a market others dismissed.
- You are comfortable speaking honestly, on the record, for one to two hours.
